Meet the Maker behind Knotty Laser

[The Story]

I’m a Michigan native who traded long, grey winters for the sunshine and white sands of Panama City. As a homeschool mom to three boys, a robotics coach, and a lifelong 'tinker-er,' my world has always revolved around building, creating, and figuring out how things work.

I’ve likely tried every craft under the sun, but nothing captured my imagination quite like the precision of a laser and the limitless potential of 3D printing. Whether I’m vending at a Comic Con sharing my latest 3D-printed creations or working on a custom wood-engraved heirloom, I am at my happiest when I’m making.

[The Mission]

My real passion, however, is empowering the next generation. There is nothing quite like the 'spark' in a student’s eyes when a complex concept suddenly clicks. Through our Tech Explorers programs, I aim to demystify technology and make it accessible to everyone—kids, teens, and even parents!
